Ted's advocacy helped significantly reduce the City staff proposed budgets in 2024, 2025 and 2026.

A dedicated Ward 15 constituency office and a nearly 95% record of responding to constituents email, phone calls and messages within 24 hours.

Rural Roads Review of more than 300 pages and a major local roads budget. Fought for reasonable stormwater policy and against an unfair 'rain tax'.

A Climate Advisory Committee and an "Ontario Food Belt" motion to protect prime agricultural land.

Community Engagement
Formed a Community Council of engaged citizens and service providers. Direct, non-tax community funding for 34 local groups totalling about $450,000, including the Waterdown Museum of Hope, the Flamborough Women's Resource Centre, supports for migrant workers, the Waterdown Legion, and the Flamborough Santa Claus Parade.
